Alarcon is a highly accomplished Business Broker and M&A Advisor with over 20 years of experience and more than $450 million in successfully closed transactions across various industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, food production, logistics, and services. Holding the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) designation, Eduardo specializes in deal sourcing, financial analysis, negotiations, and post-acquisition strategies that drive growth and value creation.
Eduardo’s career includes leadership roles as Director of Business Development and Vice President of Global Sales for multinational corporations, where he managed multi-million-dollar contracts and spearheaded global product launches, such as the world’s first human-implantable RFID microchip. As an entrepreneur, Eduardo has co-founded successful ventures in the US and Latin America, spanning recruitment, technology, marketing, and consulting.
